Model SQ668 :New update firmware v1.7 brings big number font which is nice. But, since the update cannot reset to zero manually after touch/pressing 3 sec like firmware v1.4. Got any workaround for this?? Or should have option enabled to turn on or off manual touch reset. Please bring this feature back / fix ASAP 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

No response from technical team on my problem below. I tried to return the ring as it is not working properly, but seller refused to return it. It keeps connecting and disconnecting frequently. The counts do not appear on the app. I don't know how many times I pressed the counter button on the ring. I am using Equant 13. Thanks Wesak I am using ring QB708

The app is not computable with qb809 there are many problems The ring screen remains on even though I set the screen to turn off after one minute.

I am experiencing an issue with the Tasbeeh app after the latest update. The vibration function is not working properly, especially after 33 counts and Neymar time. This issue affects the usability of the app for prayers. Kindly look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible. I appreciate your support and hope for a quick resolution.
