Jan 2025 tried to uninstall and reinstall app and now the app is working well! Glad it's functional again! Unable to open app since the update in sep 2024. App crash when try to open it, and it's draining phome battery at background. Please fix this asap.

I'm using the Ques door viewer since 2019 and am very satisfied with its performance. It is very useful & reliable to capture motions/people detected outdide the door. The video is very clear too. Kenneth Yap from Ques, did the installation in 2019. He just came down today as per my follow-up support request to replace the camera due to wear & tear. It has been 6yrs! He was very professional, explained clearly and extended a great support service. A big thanks to him!

I fixed the delayed or sometimes no notification issue that the app has by turning off the battery optimization for the app in my mobile phone. So far the notification is better now. Maybe other users should try that if they are facing the same issue. I'm notified ASAP now every time it detects movement outside my door. But there is still the occasional delay from time to time but its mainly for when someone presses the doorbell button on the device and the app doesn't notify me immediately.

Ques... My app is not linking to the unit. The unit itself is unable to connect to my Wi-Fi after soo many attempts. I have uninstalled and installed. I have logged out and now unable to log in. Pls contact me

Lousy app, every month sure hv crash, disappointed, paid so much for the video doorbell and got this. Good for sometime after my previous review. Today new update keep crashing again, please make improvements asap.

The app never shows the feeding records for auto pet feeder, and camera only connects if I uninstall and reinstall the app
