1. Information is not available overnight due to processing, but I often need to review data during that time. 2. When I log off from the investment data, it does not log me off from the account access. I would like to log off once, not have to do it twice. November 4, 2024. App has been improved. It is faster and more reliable. Not as much downtime and I'm used to logging off. The investment data are updating during the day instead of overnight only, so that is a big positive.

For 3 weeks login process has been broken with no solution and there is no easy way to request support. Placing review to help build awareness. Recent reviews suggest global issue. We log in works without issue.

No longer works for me. Previously, everything was fine. I can see my accounts on a browser, but now only see an account that was closed over a year ago.

At best the app is super laggy. Lately after logging in it takes several minutes to bring me to another login page that won't take my credentials. No issues signing in on the website though.

Abysmal excuse for an App. Does not show any information regarding the accounts' activity, just the balance. I will be transferring my funds elsewhere and closing out my accounts with Equitable.
