So easy, I don't have to do a thing! The app knows when you are driving, so it turns itself off and on. I have been using it only 3 weeks, but it's fun to look at your driving scores after each trip! Never realized I was such a good driver. I used to work in claims at the Erie, PA office. It was then I realized the integrity of folks working there and the quality of the products available. My husband and I have insured our home and vehicles with Erie ever since.

This app really shows me how bad or good I am as driver and pushes me to drive better. I also love seeing the cash rewards puild up. The only negative I have is if I pull over and stop to use my phone to get directions it sometimes records it as phone use even though the car is not moving. And if you are the passenger and on your phone while riding in your car make sure you edit that trip so that trip will not count.

Does not encourage safe driving I generally drive the speed limit and stay in the right-hand lane. I also stop for yellow lights when appropriate. While driving the speed limit, the light turns yellow and I stop safely. But the app flags me for aggressive braking. I guess they would prefer that I rush through the light even if it turns red. I'd get a higher score if I did. Another time the truck in front of me had debris fall off the back and I had to stop quickly; again, I got dinged.
