Description

Manometer: Know your breathing performance with this device, it tells your improvement after a period of persistent practicing. Please switch both to "T" when you need to know the max expiratory pressure (MEP).

Increase Lung Capacity and Tone Your Abs: Practice 5-10 minutes each time, and repeat 2-3 times a day. It will increase your lung capacity and performance by strengthening your respiratory muscles and abs.

5 Adjustable Resistance: The higher the level setting, the higher the resistance. We recommend starting exercising at level 1 and gradually increasing the level.
