This app is good, but it has some flaws which need to be improved. The app is not working properly, it is not opening properly for me, I don't know why it takes a lot of time, and also I always get the message "your connection is wrong" on my phone.🤔😊

Totally useless third class bank with useless mobile application and upi app, I already stopped using my bank account and don't want to continue it anymore, no one should not open any kind of account in this bank 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

After so many attempts using my debit card I was able to log in to my new esaf banking but unable to generate user ID and password for the net banking. Such the worst nightmare I have gone through.

I had a bad experience with this bank. When I opened the savings account, they said the minimum balance was 500 or 1000. But now they say the minimum balance required is 2000, and I did not receive any debit card. The bank staff said I had already received the card. Lastly, they said the account cannot be closed within the financial year. I would not recommend opening an account in this bank.
