Pathetic. Just an app for the sake of having an app. I do have an account in Federal Bank as well. If Fed Mobile App is 100%, ESAF is like 1% functionality. Way more to grow.

The worst mobile banking app ever used. I recently reinstalled this app and tried to register again but even after several attempts I was not able to connect. Always showing you are not eligible contact branch. When contacting branch officials they informed that the app update is going on, and it will be ready by next day. Waiting for 2 weeks still that day has never shown

Your app has an old UI kindly update with new one. It is frustrating for everyone... with new features and extra features without branch visit... 😡😡😡😭😭😭 and Your app interface is old and kindly gives a new interface or launch a new features app with advanced features and more features for Debit card control, Account unfreeze by mobile banking, Re-KYC verification and more....
