Was alarmed to see this is being discontinued, then relieved to see it will continue as part of my multi-device premium subscription. Hopefully there is some way to migrate all my settings from the standalone product, guess I have a year to figure it out.

Perfect parental controls. It's a shame this app is being sunset as it's the best all-rounder parental control app. It takes the complexity of content management and web safety and wraps it into a fantastic user experience and is cost-effective. If eset come out with a better product for parents on mobile again I'll be the first to purchase this again for my kids. More refined/fine-grain control than family link with dash boarding and scheduling limits. Excellent product

This almost works really well but my child has discovered a workaround to the time limits. She opens whatever YouTube video she wants to watch then switches to the Android task manager that shows running apps. The video will continue to play, and she can watch it but Eset doesn't log that as time using a time restricted app. I tried to report this to Eset, but they replied that they don't provide support on the free version. I'd consider paying, but I assume the paid has the same flaw.

Easy to bypass on Android, basically the most useless parental controls you can waste your money on and don't expect your money back. Edit: ESET will deny there is a known bug in their software that they openly admit to and instead blame it on Android, what a pathetic cop out! Three days ago it was a bug, now they say it's due to Android, other parental controls can't be bypassed from the lock screen! Edit 2: refused refund as I've had it for longer than 30 days...

I had this on my two children's phones (Pixel 3a, Pixel 8a) and they can easily disable the app block by hitting Cancel a couple of times. The device then goes to the lock screen. After unlocking, Eset doesn't do app blocking any more until the Eset app ls deactivated and reactivated. I really like the usability of the application. It has all the features that I like, but it's not helpful if it just stops working like this.
