Very good system, EXCEPT that you are expected to contact the facilities personally a lot of times to confirm shifts. Doesn't make sense, it's a hassle and no other agency I have worked for has done this.

Easy app to navigate, but distances are waylay off!!! Check your gps location before picking up!! However, other than that it's been great working w this company for the last month. If you need help, customer support is amazing and easy to get through to someone on the phone or through app. My one shift didn't clock out properly and said I worked 17hrs. Uploaded a missed punched and called the next day, and they fixed my time card immediately!!!

Shift has a good selection of local facilities in eastern pa. Easy to sign on & off of shifts when the app works. Butttttt.... Their app is having problems right now so I don'tthink that they are running as smoothly as they SHOULD in order to keep up to date with the professional nursing demands & high digital demands of an online agency. Maybe the IT team from Shift could hire a consultant to learn from the IT staff of "Intel Core" how to get their digital details in order. Lol

Worst platform for obtaining nursing shifts. If the app is malfunctioning, and you can't pick in.or out, then you have a whole process that ridiculous before they will approve the time worked. And if you don't get it turned in the have to wait and wait. If a facility cancels, o compensation. The shifts are low paying and well it overall SUCKS

Not updating!!! If you want me to apply or work then don't force me to update. Okay take me off my shift in the morning! I will not be manipulated, and I can not punch in and will go with my other agency because you are forcing an update
