Waste of money! Even though I recharged 10 USD and activated eSIM, it did not work in Europe, I could not place even a single call neither I was able to use the internet! There was no way to contact customer service ! Dear USIMs kindly refund my money !

It works well in Europe but not in North America. I paid 20 euros for a pack at US Virgin Islands it didn't even connect. I contacted the company by email, WhatsApp and messaging more than 100 times no reply. Waisted half my vacation on trying to connect. Very disappointed my block of 20 euros expired without me using a single bit of data. There is no way on earth you can contact them I think it's a. software not an existing company. Stay away
