If you want to frustrate yourself, go ahead and use this app. This app doesn't renew the data about the availability of books in the physical stores. And they're a big company! What an absolute joke. I saw another review from March 2025 that was already about the exact problem that I mentioned above. It's been a year. Still no actions taken, no response, no nothing. They don't care about their customers. This app is frankly pure trash.

The loading speed is too slow. And the app will close suddenly. It takes too long time to open the app to show the membership barcode in the store cashier.

App not helpful. Book search and holding a book was a key function and main reason for me to visit the store.

The book search and stock availability functions need to be incorporated. I just don't understand why these are not available in this new app.
