Updated review. The makers have made significant improvements to usability of the app in manual mode for not only espresso but all other brew methods, too. For instance, you now use a larger yield for pour-over. Previously the largest was 350. It is now infinite. App is much easier to use for those of us that don't have Bluetooth scale.

Really unfriendly user interface, won't even let me change my grinder details from "generic" to what I actually use.

App needs a lot of work. For starters, the blend ratio is either arabica or robust. No way you can put "unknown". Also, the origin has to be a single origin!! What if I have a blend from two different origins !! You can't choose.
