★★★★★
Lovely coffee and food. Great place for a catch-up with friends
★★☆☆☆
Never works, literally. It took me literally a half hour to install it last time I was here and am back in shop again and literally cannot get logged in through any email account or Facebook. And the link to reset a password or even set up a new account is broken. I've literally chosen other places to get coffee and work because of how bad this app is!
★★☆☆☆
Simply doesn't work. When it used to work, the shop couldn't get their till to accept it. Now, the app never loads and gets stuck on a pulsing circle. No way to load it, or to get the money back I'd loaded on.
★★☆☆☆
A reason not to use Esquires. The app fails to add rewards. The stores aren't trained. The app support don't respond. Should be getting 5% back, but because app fails to add transaction feels like being robbed each time you goto esquires. A loyalty app which makes you angry, it is as bad as it could get because it makes ANY other coffee shop better value.
