ESS Mobile is a smart, adaptive app that, when used with your employer's configuration of Attendance on Demand, provides employees with flexible time tracking options.
You have access to the information you need to track your hours worked and review schedules or benefit balances. You receive notifications for when you need to take action. For example, adding a missing punch on your time card. You can also record attendance-related activities like an absence or if you will be late for your work shift.
If you are an hourly employee, ESS Mobile lets you punch in and out, request time off, and send a note to your supervisor.
If you are an employee that simply reports total hours worked, the time sheet is available to you in addition to these functions.

Logged me out and deleted my information for zero reason, no update, no phone update, and now pin I set doesn't work.

It's not the apps fault it needs Wi-Fi to work, but it is my employers fault for using an app that needs Wi-Fi to work to clock in and out in a location with spotty data. The app just doesn't register you clocking in or out if you don't have data even if you got confirmation it went through, I had 3 days when I clocked out, but the app didn't register it

I'm not able to even punch in and out. The app sends me to the paylocity app instead of the time clock.

Can't really do much but check your house of work, and you can't use it to clock in and out at my company I prefer adp or similar products
