Works well, easy to use, very informative & answers questions I have on what oils to use for what condition. Have recommended Doterra essential oils guide to many friends, and they use it all the time. As with all products moderate use is always a good thing. Shouldn't have side effects. If not comfortable, then don't consume internally! There are plenty of aromatic and topical benefits!
