Not only is this a great app but its technical support is excellent. One time I reported a problem with the Windows version of this app, and they fixed it right away by releasing a new version containing the fix. Aston soft is one company that truly listens to its customers. I've been a happy user for years.

Been using Epim on desktop for years. I like that I don't HAVE to sync with Google account... and with this app, calendar and contacts (most important for me) are sync-ed between phone and computer. Like my old Palm devices, which I missed terribly!!

The best pim in the world. One request for developer make it modular, so necessary features can be added as modules. Also contacts should be sync with phone in real time.

FRUSTRATING app. Tags are a PITA to manage and causes the app to freeze and lose event info, despite good hardware specs and memory, cache cleared etc. App is RARELY updated despite many problems. So many times data has been lost or corrupted and requires hours of redos. Actually use a different simpler note app for writing text vs risk of losing it entering in EPim. So a bizarre workflow. App support is horrible. Desktop version bloated with too many "bling" features.

I use the desktop app, and have always stored the data in Dropbox: it is a shame that the android app can ONLY use the essential pim cloud :-(I already pay for Dropbox, why should I pay AGAIN for another cloud? I installed the app on my phone, and while I managed to get the phone to detect the essential pim on my PC, I was unable to connect. I even put TCP & UDP holes in the firewall for the selected port, and still no connection. So, sadly, I'll not be using Essential Pim on my phone.

I've bought into the PC software and largely happy with this. However, the Android 16 app (installed via apk) will not sync to EPIM cloud even though I have subscribed to it. Yes, password login details checked. So I'm marking the APP here. Not the PC software.
