Have not had any issues with the app and it is a lot more convenient to accept offers, see your card balances and reload. We did have some confusion for reloading as it is done differently than on web but it makes more sense in the app when you know how it's now done.

This app sucks. Request a new card via the in app option, yet the cards never show up. Also, the app never keeps you logged in, so when you go to use the app, you have to fumble around in the store trying to remember log in details.

Garbage app! Says I can't make anymore login attempts yet I just installed the app and tried once. Said to reset password or contact customer service. I successfully reset my password and get the same message. Why tell me to reset my password if that won't work? Morons!
