App works really well and helps trustees keep track of all issues raised by owners. Trustees can consolidate all communication so no more searching for old emails. Approvals are quick and easy. Helpful for owners looking for information as well without needing to constantly ask the trustees. Wish we had implemented this sooner!!!

The app is ok, but it's not that intuitive or easy to use. For example: Why do I first have to load a contact into the app from my existing phone contacts to grant access? When choosing multi entry/exit and family, why do I have to specify days of the week, then also from and to times per day and then also date range? If I choose family on multi, just give 2 date & time pickers: From and To (would be much easier). Font is very small in places with no option to change font size in settings. Etc

I cannot stand this app. It is so useless. So NOT user-friendly. Virtually impossible to add a delivery driver or courier for quick delivery access. Much preferred the app my estate used previously. This change was not for the better.

Every time I want to register and get to the vehicles section. The app just freezes and kicks me out. Every single time. No wonder there are only 100 downloads.

App doesn't allow registration for creating access codes. It keeps rejecting my number as being registered yet doesn't enable me to create access code. No one responds to help tickets logged!
