Load File
Enter a valid file name in the window next to File Name and press Load File

Save File
When you have made a measurement, enter a valid file name in the window next to File Name and press Save File

Start ESU
When you ready to make a measurement, the BTC LED must be ON then press Start ESU button, this will send the start command to the ESU to make a new measurement

Get ESU Data
Once the measurement is completed, the ESU will give three beeps and the BTC LED will come on, then press Get ESU Data to download data from ESU to tablet

Sample Rate
The sample rate that the ESU will use is set using this function. Tap the down arrow on the right. A scrollable list will open on the graphics area. Tap the radio button for the sample speed you want to use

Stack Shots
The number of stacks to be made is selected in the same way as the Sample Rate.

Line Number
If you would like to group measurements together to form a line: a Line Number can be assigned to the measurement with this setting.

File Name
When you want to perform an operation that use a File Name, enter a valid file name in the window.

Speed
The column of windows below the Speed header contains the seismic speed that will be used to calculate depth for each instance picked on the trace.

Depth
The column of windows below the Depth header will show the depth from surface to the point picked.

Layer
The layer that will be used is set using this function. Tap the down arrow on the right. A scrollable list will open on the graphics area. Tap the radio button for the layer you want to use. Always start at layer 1 and work deeper from there.

Scale
When a trace is being displayed this option can be used to enlarge the trace in the vertical axis
