★★☆☆☆ This is a scam, dishonest, misleading service. Do not join this dating site. Save your money and use it elsewhere. As many feedbacks down there already mentioned. Bad service, you will be abandoned once paid. Claimed to have 1.5k (half male and half female members) members when spoken to Marrisa over the phone in just Malaysia itself but I cannot see my list more than 50 matching dates. They told me it's because of the profiles matching and I tried to change the profiles but same results. I have rejected same person over and over again, more than I could ever count. Couldn't recruit more members that's why same person keep popping out from my matches? I don't understand the logic. Paid for the premium to have them personally match someone for you but no follow up at all. Talked to them several times told them very disappointed with their services but no feedbacks or improvement at all. Also claimed founder was experienced in match making. Is this how you help your members to find life partner with your expertise? This is not ethical in any way. There are way too many problems to list every single problem here. Do not be a victim like us. There are a lot more dating site way better than esync. I do not work for other dating site. I, myself, also one of the victim. I am just trying to warn everyone to stay away from esync and their main company lunch actually. I will file consumer rights as well. Please be a professional and responsible for what you advertised. We have had more than enough scams in Malaysia.
