Enable client to self-onboard in less than 2 minutes and thereafter login to manage their investments funds under the Collective Investment Schemes regulated by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya with choices from retail funds such as Money Market Fund / Fixed Income Fund / Shariah Fund with as low as KES 100/= (no lock-in periods for these), to high networth fund such as Wealth Fund with minimum from KES 1M ( with lock-in options of 6, 9 or 12 months).
Clients can also initiate transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers (between funds or to another fund for self or another existing client), and utility payments.
Statements can be viewed and downloaded from the app instantly 24/7.

I have loved the app. But I have a question. Why is it that when one tops up an amount in an account, it doesn't reflect immediately? I deposited some amount in my accounts on a particular day and the money on the account reflected three days later. And after reflecting, the money deposited did not earn any interest, only the money that was previously in the account. Work on this so that one can get their interest on money deposited plus previous amount deposited as soon as the following day.

Hey ave used the app for a year but today the app just said it's not compatible with my phone and 8 have investments there what shoul I do I think you should check on the app again and make it compatible with every phone juu so am supposed to get a new phone because the app is not compatible with my phone this is a joke

My mom's account was emptied even after setting the two-factor authentication the notification for the withdrawal came after the money was transferred to another number and that's how she lost all her money

Deposited funds and no acknowledgement either by text, email or even updating my balance in the app. Customer service as well not responding to my inquiries. I would highly disapprove of investing with etica.
