Worst airline experience of my life as a frequent flyer on the EU to Asia route. The app doesn't work for check in, the help desk email doesn't respond for airline rescheduling, and the staff in the first class section was rude and impolite when discussing my experience on their decrepit airplane. Perhaps the airline can invest in training their staff members in some customer service like Qatar and Turkish airways which have a much better track record for service.

I don't know about this app. But my experience with Etihad Airways is worse. Most of the time I travel with Etihad Airways and it was excellent. But this time I traveled with my wife and 9-month-old baby. I booked bassinet seat and paid for that, and I called customer service and confirmed about bassinet seat. But when I boarded I was surprised to see that our seats are changed. And both side Men are sitting, and even we requested them to swap the seat, and they didn't agree for that.

This is the worst experience ever! I booked a ticket on their website. Paid through card and miles. And then, when I was trying to check my booking through manage booking, it shows that it wasn't existing. I already send them the confirmed ticket sent by Etihad Always and the proof of payment deducted in ng credit card but until now, there is still no update. It's been a week!
