The app has incorrect details my childs name is incorrectly mentioned there is no option to edit the name on the profile section also the bus timings are incorrect. Very disappointing.

On a day when there are heavy rains with water logging the app says bus "tracking unavailable for today". What is the use of this app when it does not work on crucial days? Most days the sms for log in also does not come. I will be taking this up with the school administration & PTA. Parents need a better alternative when the school forces an app & it's costs to the parents.

1st unit test of school is nearby, and they still not started tracking service, why? Please let us know bifurcation of premium charged for tracking service and refund it to all students on immediate basis. And not provide service if you can't start it by day1 of school. Any mishap if going to happen doe snot alarm in advance or wait for tracker service to start.
