Awesome app! Bye bye long lines. Just a suggestion, Please do add more payment options when adding funds to the app wallet. As it is, you can only top up the app wallet with mpaisa. Having Visa/Mastercard/My cash options would be more convenient!

This app is very easy to use.......but it only works with the new cards I love it....u can do top up and redeem from your own phone..... I used it.... It was very legit..... I had to check my balance at the Vodafone booth just to be sure about the redeem balance and yes it works!

I had problems on the first few tries. Uninstalled and installed it again, and I later decided to speak to a representative. She definitely helped me out. Now the app works quite impressively. You'd have to go to their office to get yourself a new card in order to access and use the app, or it might be useless downloading the app or even topping up your old card. Once you have your new card then you can log in the app, register yourself, and you're good to go from there.

Please fix this app Vodafone I tried to top up my wallet in this app but it taking forever to process, and I was getting frustrated and uninstall the app but when I reinstalled the app and try to sign in, it wouldn't let me gain access on the app. Please, Vodafone, respond this review and other's review to get it fix, I love this app when it comes to topup bus card whenever there's a queue at a top-up center here and there
