★★★★★ Love Etsy quality products and great reputation

★★★★★ I've ordered many times over the last few years. Never had a problem and every item has been of great quality.

★★★★★ We've had several personalized items now from this seller and every item has been delivered quickly, well packaged and exceeded expectations. Great seller

★★☆☆☆ Things had been going good for a few months, but now this shop manager thing is randomly covering the tracking info for all purchases. I have to go into browser incognito mode, so I don't get redirected to the app and use desktop site just so I can see the tracking. There is a zero way to close it and I don't understand how it has anything to do with tracking my purchases.

★★☆☆☆ Regulate AI, stolen, and mass-produced products. Etsy is for buying from artists, not the next amazon or temu. Scams and low quality products should not be tolerated. Not regulating these things makes things worse for both sellers and customers. Not to mention the issues with the app itself. The shipping times tend to be completely made up- I shouldn't have to contact the seller to know what the average shipping time is. Also, images shouldn't be mandatory for a review.

★★☆☆☆ I have used Etsy as a seller. And as a buyer, as a seller, I was disappointed because they never gave me the money that they owed to me. As a buyer, most of the sellers will gyp you very easily and not offer any solution to resolve the scam that they have run on you. Especially Marilyn from Rose mead, CA. She says she ships from Boise, ID. The only mystery in her mystery jewelry bag is why she thinks they are worth $30 plus ship. I will never use this app. I do not recommend it to anyone at all!
