It is meanwhile clearly a decent app. Not as bad as the many older reviews say. There is a major dislike: I expect a notice (email) that a lab result became available. With many steps it is a bit time-consuming and maybe not possible for people not used to apps and internet.

Would give it 0 stars... You have to send a questionable video of you to verify your identity, and after that you are still not sure to actually get it approved and be able to download your results (of your covid test)!!

Horrible, test results without my name on it, no option to download as PDF the result, exhausting authentication process, excessive data collection. Nightmare!

Horrible. People are so frustrated with the whole covid situation, it is absolutely unacceptable to make such horrible apps to a standard to add more frustration. Extremely and absolutely unnecessary complicated registration procedure to just get a pcr result.
