About a year ago, I bought a cooler ref rig that partitions into a freezer/ref rig. I took the partition out and use it as a ref rig. I bring it with me on my truck. It was a little loud at 1st, but the instructions said it would quiet down. It did quiet down. It works well. The only drawback is that it disconnects from my mobile Bluetooth at times. I just reconnect. This issue should be remedied. Otherwise, I'm happy with it so far.

It can be frustrating at first but keep playing with it. I finally figured it out. You have to go into your phone's settings under the app where you can give it PERMISSIONS... Make sure you have the NEARBY DEVICES enabled. In the app under large appliance select CAR FRIDGE OR CAR REFRIGERATOR. Then continue through the prompts and it should connect. You'll also have to play with the enable location services.

Terrible. The portable fridge stopped working and the company did not offer any support at all. Company representatives kept telling me to try different things and then said that they won't help, or they won't replace the portable fridge. Never got the app to work because the portable fridge doesn't work. Waste of money.

I shouldn't need location services, let alone precise location services to Bluetooth connect to a refrigerator with a short Bluetooth range...

Why is location needed to work this App. Haven't used the Cooler yet but while investigating the app I found others not happy with same. It's a cool concept. I'm thinking while the cooler is in the back of the car/truck and the power cable gets disconnected then a neat little app connected via Bluetooth could let ya know, or have someone lower the temp by phone if you're driving a truck, and it's in the bed. But, too bad it got stupid like almost all technology, and we all know you can't fix stupid.

Why does this need my precise location if I only need Bluetooth for a refrigerator?? DOES IT HAVE A FIND MY FRIDGE OPTION IF I LOSE IT?!?!
