It can be frustrating at first but keep playing with it. I finally figured it out. You have to go into your phone's settings under the app where you can give it PERMISSIONS... Make sure you have the NEARBY DEVICES enabled. In the app under large appliance select CAR FRIDGE OR CAR REFRIGERATOR. Then continue through the prompts and it should connect. You'll also have to play with the enable location services.

Please add a Plus/Minus button on the temp in-app, so I don't over slide the temperature and keep missing the temp I want to set it to by 1 point.

About a year ago, I bought a cooler ref rig that partitions into a freezer/ref rig. I took the partition out and use it as a ref rig. I bring it with me on my truck. It was a little loud at 1st, but the instructions said it would quiet down. It did quiet down. It works well. The only drawback is that it disconnects from my mobile Bluetooth at times. I just reconnect. This issue should be remedied. Otherwise, I'm happy with it so far.

Just another data scraping adware. The cooler works fine, and thank god I paid a bit more for the one with manual control on the cooler. App demands a certificated email, precise location, VOICE ACCESS???? And 3rd party data storage... to "share the fridge with friends and family" bro anyone im sharing this with is next to me. To open the cooler. I uninstalled after 6 minutes of using as a "guest".

Terrible. The portable fridge stopped working and the company did not offer any support at all. Company representatives kept telling me to try different things and then said that they won't help, or they won't replace the portable fridge. Never got the app to work because the portable fridge doesn't work. Waste of money.
