★★★★★ Extremely prompt with updates about my flight. Boarding passes, any delays, gate number, carousel number to pick luggage, all was swiftly delivered straight to my phone in real time. Online check in and seat selection was a breeze. Not sure about other people's experience with the app, but mine has been nothing but perfect.

★★★★★ This app is a big help in managing my first EVA booking for three people on two tickets. It was fairly easy to figure out how to do things that either the website didn't do or I wasn't smart enough to figure out where they were hidden. This was especially important because it's impossible to get an EVA agent on the phone. The one problem was that it started giving me a flood of notifications to check in for my flight, which is four months off. So I turned them off.

★★☆☆☆ This app is absolute garbage just like its website. Why even make an app if it doesn't work? Check-in is incredibly impossible to manage

★★☆☆☆ I booked a flight on eva air website and have full access to my booking information. I downloaded the app, and it says my booking information doesn't exist even though it does, but it works just fine on the website. Weird. Obviously there not a problem with my booking information, so I'm not going to change that. I'll just use the website for everything and Uninstaller the app
