I downloaded them paid for full version just to find out that is not compatible with my Galaxy 7 Ultra watch. Not clear, and I can't imagine what would not be compatible with one of the newest watches. Do not see where to refund seems money wasted

I like the design. But I'm having issues with the complications. The steps counter isn't the same as the watches original. I tried changing the steps counter from the options to built in steps, but it doesn't show the same as the watches' step count. The heart rate does not update continuously. I have to tap on it to refresh. What could be wrong? All permissions are granted

Liked the look of the watch face, has all the pertinent data, especially weather... however, weather is not working showing a zero. Additionally the font for the digital clock is not as clean as the image shows a different font, and I have found no wat to change it. EDIT: added a star as when my watch ran out of juice, when I charged it back up, the font was fixed! The weather miscue was just me being impatient. Enjoying this face.

Tracking fails! So far all the Rich Face watch faces I've tried, fail at some activity tracking. I've now paid for 2 and they both fail to track steps at all.

I paid for the app suddenly it's not working with my galaxy watch 7 and I cand to refund. Waste of money there's no information that it is not compatible with galaxy watch 7
