No sales service provided to purchase tickets. I had forgotten what nft means. I have companion card is tedious time when purchasing tickets, not user-friendly no. When going to cinema 15 yrs ago you always had 2 movies shown. The volume for movie Michael is very loud ! Disabled toilet in Miranda was out of order why. Movies should be value for money ! They aren't now. Adult movie should be available also. JR.mn

I've been logged out of the app and haven't been able to log back in. Unable to reset password either. Constantly receiving an error message on both the app and website stating "unfortunately cine buzz is unavailable." Extremely frustrating as I am trying to purchase movie tickets for tomorrow (Good Friday) and cannot use my account to redeem points.

Just updated app, and now it's saying login credentials not recognized. And nothing comes with the forgot password link.
