Description
Event Logger is a tool used to record events and display them in chronological order.
With Event Logger, you minimize the amount of paperwork that you would need to do for repetitive tasks. The idea of the app was originally developed for use with nursing notes, but it has been adapted to be general purpose.
Features: - Add as many buttons and options as you want! - If a simple checkbox is not enough, each button may have one comment field that can be used for additional comments. - Export to email or CSV (csv file saved to external SD card). - Scalable font size. On high resolution phones, the events can seem pretty small. - Ability to edit events and add comments later.

Excellent. But with minor bugs. I love this app. Light but potentially very usefull. Only - when I add buttons to events, the app mixes them up and places the buttons under the wrong headings. This should be simple to fix. Pleaaase!

Perfect for data collection Simple, awesome app. I do behavior therapy for kids with autism, and this app is great for data collection. Trials are a button with options for different prompts, etc. Another button for behaviors with options as well (running away, biting, hitting self, etc). Few things I'd love to see: a button that prompts for a simple text event (so you could enter Task1, or Patient X, etc), ability to reorder options when editing, and maybe ability to enter a line break. It's really awesome as is, so still gets 5 stars. Those would just be cherries on top. Will email as well.

Flexible and easy I'm using this to track a sick pet for the vet, and it's great. It's easy to set up buttons exactly as needed, and the export ability makes it possible to use the data.

Only two buttons (events) are possible. There is no way to add more buttons (events) or it is not clear how to add event button.

Buggy I deleted an event type definition and it's attributes were transferred to another type. After that any definition I added switched attributes between types and it was a mess. Time is too precious; I removed it
