Book Town and Brielle library bring authors and readers together to talk about stories told and how they get written. Always a great experience, especially if you are a fan, but equally to find new topics and authors to follow. I've been using this app for many years, I even used organize events using this platform, but I had great difficulty trying to even sign in today. The sign-in button was obscuring where I needed to type my password, why on earth would you design the app to do that? It also froze when I was trying to complete the transaction, asking me to sign in yet again to do so. I resorted to using the back button and as the transaction completed realized that I only had one ticket, so had to repeat .......!

Trash. Paid for an event that never took place. Eventbrite protected the scammer and refused to do anything about it. I went throught the advised refund request process and had Eventbrite look into the matter on the same day the event was supposed to take place, whilst simultaneously emailing the event hosts. The hosts did not respond. Would NOT recommend using this app for any paid events, since there is no protection if you spend money. Their guarantees are all complete lies.

I do not like the way they process tickets. I will never pay for an event on event brite....they fail to process refunds. I will only access free tickets with Event Brite from here on out.
