This is my third time using Eventbrite. It is very helpful when scheduling special events, whether they'll be seminars to theater tickets or other webinars. I appreciate the convenience and the calendar where it reminds me of the time and where the event is being held or if the event is a webinar

Forget reporting through email with issues on the website and emails that Eventbrite is responsible for as they will keep ignoring your feedback, like saying tickets are available the day after the event is finished, marketing emails saying "New events from organizers (not organisers) you already love" when I don't even know them and never attended their events etc. etc. etc

The one thing I need to do in the app, view the event that I have bought the tickets for, is either the hardest thing to do in the app, or impossible. I have a calendar event from the email that links to the ticket, but... There's no way to view the actual event details in the app!!

I do not like the way they process tickets. I will never pay for an event on event brite....they fail to process refunds. I will only access free tickets with Event Brite from here on out.
