The app so slow & had so many bug. I can't search for location by typing & need to used GPS for location. It's better to use the web

I only use this because event organizers choose it. The user interface is one of the most awkward I've seen and despite years of enduring this app, it continues to falter at every step. If you're an event organizer with Zoom, don't use this. I don't even know how many events I've signed up to with this only to find I can't get into the event. I've skipped more events because of Eventbrite than I've attended successfully. Truly an awful experience.

Constantly crashes when trying to access via push notifications for events of organizers I follow, or emails. Unable to access tickets through the app, always have to open the web browser on my phone at an event now. Makes the app itself useless, and I'm drastically down attending any events through the platform due to the ongoing hassles for the last few months. All these complaints here with no response, errors on my mobile to clear the app's cache can't be resolved, and still no fixes?
