Every time I get signed out of the app, I have to recreate my account. Password recover works for online access but not the app. Reset twice, and it still said the password was invalid. Now my passes purchased previously don't show up. EDIT Within 5 minutes of emailing customer support, I had a response, access, and my passes.

Didn't realize that I had a 1 star. That's definitely changed!!! Just saw they released a new version of the app. Hopefully the backend that they had leading up to these stays the same.

I appreciate how easy it is to use Event link, but it is extremely frustrating that when something changes (such as a child no longer participates with a sport) that the sports information continues to stay on Google calendar even after I remove it from my event link calendar. I don't know why these two apps cant play together better, but it is a recurring problem that no one is prioritizing improving.

The new update is so stupid. I can't even find the events for my school on the calendar after I added them. The old event link was actually helpful to me, but with this new update, I will uninstall this app because it's no longer doing its job. Go back to where event link actually did its job well.

This app is very poorly designed. It is far from parent friendly. There is no option for two-way communication between teams, parents and coaches. This app does not sync with your personal calendar. This makes managing multiple schools and multiple children's events nearly impossible. This means that any updates to individual events, I have to hope that I get a message sent about it, and then manually change or update the event. This app also promotes transgender ideology.
