Confusing setup process. The website told me to use the app for uploading documents. Just for setup, information that I don't have is needed. I searched the website for "Company ID", but that term does not seem to be used. Without that, I cannot use the app. Took some digging, but I found where to upload documents on the website instead. Deleting app.

App keeps asking for updates but keeps saying Android 14 still not enough for the system. Totally feeling so sad, I just deleted the app and used another bank app for a deposit check.

Very irritating app to read checks with. I change my lighting, line it up with the scores on the screen, and it still says it cannot read my checks.
