I use this app constantly because of my health conditions but unfortunately since the last upgrade it has become a little problematic. I add all vaccinations to my records since COVID, but unfortunately I can't add any vaccination records now as a message informs me there is an internal server error. All other measurements appear to be working well.

Worst app ever. Only one out of five of my repeat prescriptions are there, so I cannot order them. Getting an appointment is an absolute joke. It's slow oh so slow, it doesn't even work on Wi-Fi, so I have to switch to my provider.

Completely broken app. It is impossible to log in. Trying to change password triggers the secret questions challenge, which does not work - the field displays "undefined" and it's impossible to progress. The login temporarily bans after one attempt at logging in. When I first signed up, I was unable to sync my data with the GP or the NHS, now I am unable to even reset my password. How this app could have been published, let alone commercialized, is beyond me.

Impossible to book a doctor's appointment despite having been connected to my surgery and being able to access my medical records. Many of us are having the same problem. Needs scrapping as I have contacted the surgery about the matter with no joy whatsoever.

Absolutely rubbish score for their user interface. Dr IQ was a trillion times better and user-friendly. Forget trying to make an appointment through it! And God help if you need a prescription! App seems only interested in your water intake, diet and mental health!! As you can imagine, not getting your basic medical requirements met through this nightmare app does nothing to improve mental health!
