pretty darn easy to use, sad they don't take discover and the $6 credit only takes off $4 if you make a custom salad. good choice with options and interface and gives you several chances to review details before ordering.

Good app, but could use a few improvements. Mainly, it would be nice to be able to at least add notes to the order. At least some ability to specify things like adding an extra hard boiled egg. Do that and it would be a 5 star app.

Shittiest App ever! It charges you money after a horrible ordering experience. And when you show up at the store, the order is non-existent in their system.

Couldn't order a signature salad. Everytime I added it to my order and pressed review order it gave me an error message that the item I ordered was not available. Finally talked with a clerk who was very helpful and offered to let me verbalize my order if I got a menu item of the same price from the app. But everytime I tried to add my payment option nothing happened after I filled out the entries and hit confirm bill instantly. So buggy it was impossible to use!

The account creation is TERRIBLE. If you give the wrong email, you can't change it. You also can't try to make a new account until you finish account creation with the incorrect email you provided. Horrible user experience. This should be fixed so you can stop account creation or edit email after the fact.

This app is buggy. Force quit is sometimes required to clear the cart as just removing the item, closing/reopening the app doesn't work consistently. The tip field disappears after adding a payment method but before checkout. It becomes an invisible auto-tip that shows on the receipt after the order has been placed. There's no way to immediately cancel. A good feature is that the store phone number is included in the location information.

Horrible app. Too many bugs. One of them is while reviewing items if something is not there, error is popped up without even mentioning unavailable items. Are customers suppose to find out the unavailable items? I could have ordered few more items if this app was better.
