As a songwriter and poet I been using this app since I think 2018 or 2019, and honestly it's just top tier 👌 I only started the subscription payment for more storage, to organize my work more and see what else is offered in 2022, and I never looked back - everything I have written or task I have planned is saved, updated automatically and no data has ever been lost. 5star review in 2022 and 4yrs later I'm still just so grateful that this app exists - so major thanks to the team

Evernote was working fine until recently, but now I am facing a problem in evernote. When I am editing text, the editing toolbar is not displaying, neither the editing tools are visible through any other way. Please fix this problem quickly.

2015: I've had one note/evernote basic for years, and it was password protected and was happy. I did an update and suddenly my password protection is gone, and I have to buy a premium to get it back? I already have my data on it, and now it is just exposed? Update 2025: They had a free ad version which was fine, except they took away the password protection in 2015. Now, they have video ads that popup and completely block the app. Even after watching the ad, it doesn't let you access your data.

Used to be a great app! 50 note limit was acceptable, but now that they run these ads (which can't be easily excited) it's very frustrating. I'm transitioning all my notes to another app. Premium costs WAY too much for a notes' app. Evernote, there is no amount of frustration you could cause me that would inspire me to pay that. And obviously, frustrate your users too much, and they will find something else, so you won't make that ad revenue either.
