Hasn't given me any problems since I started using this app "

It works very well on my phone, but I need it on my pc.

Once you understand it, it's a good app.

Since the required update that was initiated on Christmas week, the app continually kicks me out when I try to submit staff activity fees. I've spoken to our company rep, and she doesn't have any answers besides "uninstall, reinstall, and try again" -- which I have done. When that didn't work, I was asked if my phone was old. I was having no issues with this function before. Because of low storage on my "old" phone, I purchased a new phone with more internal storage, etc. yesterday. No change.

This is such a clunky app. Punch in and punch out really needs to be more streamlined. Having to go through 5+ different steps to start a shift is annoying. Needs a spot for daily notes and not just per goal

2nd time not being able to log in at my individuals home for work. Hard to reach anybody to talk to about it. 1st issue was a worldwide glitch. This time I haven't been able to speak to anybody yet on this matter.

I keep getting an error stating it needs access to my location. When I go to settings, it has access, and it states it was last accessed when I tried to log in. I do not need any updates for the app and uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. This is happening once a week lately.

Slow, agonizing UI, useless and embarrassingly poorly made training videos. Definitely the worst part of my job. Just lost about an hour and a half of noted because the app doesn't work. But don't worry, now you can have AI write your summary just in case anyone thought you actually cared about the work you did. YIKES.
