★★★★★ Very well written app. The collaboration functions are great and improve communication across a single shift and throughout different shifts. Every department should be using this!!
★★★★★ This app is filling a big need for us. Secure, encrypted, FOIA compliant, superfast and easy Intel-sharing. Developer and engineers are aggressive on addressing any bug fixes and tweaks. Dev is supporting the product in real time, just a click away to chat live. Very responsive. Halstead Group has excellent credentials. Some outstanding feature expansions are in the pipeline. This app will be the go-to LEO communications app. Work to be done, but we can tell this app is a train worth riding.
★★★★★ This platform is great for any size agency. We use it to share Intel and info across not only our agency but with our surrounding agencies.
★★☆☆☆ Slow, clunky makes me not want to use it. It's always easier to make a phone call or send a text than using ever tel. It takes forever to open the app. It will notify you of a message but if you click on the notification, it just opens the app. It does not take you to the message. Now you have to search for it, in a sea of conversations because it does not sort the newest messages to the top of the list. I do not recommend Ever tel in its current form. Developers seem to be disconnected.

★★☆☆☆ The app is too complicated to move around in. I've updated twice. It's very slow to open, app often freezes and doesn't flow from page to page easy. I want Group Me back. K.I.S.S. Keep it short simple
