4 over the last month, I have not been able to log in. So I have lost out on So many jobs and which has hurt my family. I am a chauffeur so not being able to login is my life

The previous version Sucked, that's right, suh-suh-suh-SUCKED out loud. bloatware? Memory hog? Battery SUCK... Mebbe this one will be better.... They did fix the almost "broken" swipe function. It Actually Functions now. EVERYTHING Else is Worse!! 🤮

It is incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my account like that, especially when I have been using it for a year! Not being able to access my reservations or customer info, coupled with the lack of support response, would definitely leave anyone feeling stuck and helpless. It's concerning that I am encountering this "no account exists" message despite having an established history with the platform, and the silence from support is only adding to the problem.

After downloading and installing I opened app. 1st error-Not online. Then once I get app to see I am online I start to create profile. Get to select company. Click on button to select and brings up another screen. Don't see your company. Contact your company administrator for access.
