EveryHour: Overtime Tracker

EveryHour is the hours tracker and time card for hourly workers that also checks your paycheck. Clock in and out with one tap, track breaks and overtime, and see whether your pay stub matches the work hours you logged, using your state's overtime and minimum wage rules.

ONE-TAP TIME CARD
• Clock in, break, clock out: a simple time clock for every shift
• Hours tracker for multiple jobs and multiple pay rates, including cash pay
• Weekly and pay-period timesheet with regular hours, overtime and double time
• Reminders if you forget to clock out, and on payday

OVERTIME TRACKER WITH STATE RULES
• A built-in overtime calculator for federal overtime after 40 hours a week
• Daily overtime and double time in states that have it, such as California (8 and 12 hours, 7th day), Alaska, Nevada and Colorado
• State and city minimum wage check, each rate with its effective date
• California meal break and rest break premiums: one extra hour of pay for a late, short or missed break

PAYCHECK CHECKER
• Scan your pay stub with the camera. Text recognition runs on your phone
• EveryHour compares the pay stub with your hours tracker and timesheet
• See the difference in hours and dollars: missing overtime, a rate below minimum wage, unpaid break premiums

WAGE RECORDS YOU CAN USE
• Every edit to a time card keeps the original time and the reason
• Export your timesheet and a wage report as PDF and CSV: hours, pay stubs, notes and the rules applied
• Ready-to-send note to your employer in English or Spanish
• Where to file a wage claim in your state, and the deadline for each pay period

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
• No account, no sign-up and no ads

• App lock and an encrypted backup file you control

EveryHour is a documentation and estimation tool for U.S. hourly workers. It is not legal advice and does not file claims for you. Wage rules are updated with each release, and reports show the date the rules were last verified.
