Good game until the auto ban triggered after in game purchase. The customer service from these people are pretty poor, either straight up ignore the ticket request or responding with generic reply without elaboration on the reason of the ban. I even offered them to go through the account and look at the inventory to prove the ban was unjust but received no response. Bad work ethic and poor customer service manner.

Subject: False Advertising - 2999 Gems Scammed I bought "The Spiral Oracle" for 2999 gems. Nowhere in description it says "SKIN". It shows Legendary tag, weapon stats, weapon image and weapon price. This is misleading. I grinded 2 months for this. I want to refund or exchange to 2500 Legendary Chest.

Great game play (I happen to like grindy sort of games) but broken purchases. I bought premium, but it appears and then disappears on my main character. This means I default to 12 hour quest refreshes and also lose a quest slot. How in the world can you mess that up?
