I'm using your software for pharmacy billing and prescription tracking. The refill reminder feature is helpful, but there's a bug in how it calculates duration when multiple medicines are billed together. Example: Customer purchased - Zitamet Plus โ 15 tablets (1 per day for 15 days) - Dilzem SR โ 30 tablets (1 per day for 30 days) The reminder should show two separate durations: 15 days for Zitamet and 30 days for Dilzem. But currently, it only shows 15 days, ignoring the longer duration

I have been using eVitalRx for my pharmacy, and my experience has been quite disappointing. - Software often hangs or stops during peak hours, affecting billing - Customer support is slow and not helpful - Same medicine codes get created multiple times (serious stock issue) - Problems happen regularly (weekly/bi-weekly), not one-time - Company focuses more on Pro Cure wholesale and Pillo app instead of fixing core issues - Pillo app charges very high commission (10%โ40%) Overall: Not reliable

Very bad Experience with services. I have never seen sluggish people working in this company. They don't want to give proper services to the customer after selling the software. I must say Don't buy This Software.
