Me Parekh Medical Store se aur main pichhle 1 saal se Vital RX software use kar raha hu. medical shop ke liye yeh software Beirut hi useful hai. Isme inventory management aur expiry tracking ka system kaafi strong hai, Jesse loss se bach jate hai. Billing bhi fast hai aur QR code billing ka option bhi milta hai. Iske Alana customer ordering app aur margin alert raise features bhi kaafi helpful hain. Overall, daily pharmacy operations ko smooth banana ke liye yeh ek the best software hai.

I'm using your software for pharmacy billing and prescription tracking. The refill reminder feature is helpful, but there's a bug in how it calculates duration when multiple medicines are billed together. Example: Customer purchased - Zitamet Plus – 15 tablets (1 per day for 15 days) - Dilzem SR – 30 tablets (1 per day for 30 days) The reminder should show two separate durations: 15 days for Zitamet and 30 days for Dilzem. But currently, it only shows 15 days, ignoring the longer duration

I have been using eVitalRx for my pharmacy, and my experience has been quite disappointing. - Software often hangs or stops during peak hours, affecting billing - Customer support is slow and not helpful - Same medicine codes get created multiple times (serious stock issue) - Problems happen regularly (weekly/bi-weekly), not one-time - Company focuses more on Pro Cure wholesale and Pillo app instead of fixing core issues - Pillo app charges very high commission (10%–40%) Overall: Not reliable

Very bad Experience with services. I have never seen sluggish people working in this company. They don't want to give proper services to the customer after selling the software. I must say Don't buy This Software.
