★★★★★ It's a brilliant solution to a problem that plagues many potential EV buyers. Great that many of us can now access a plug from anywhere to charge our EV!

★★☆☆☆ The "search map" feature didn't work on my Android phone. It did work on my Windows PC, but you can't enter an address and see how close you are to a charging site...it just shows no station at your address. I closed my account after one day.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to charge, when I contacted them they told me not to use the app and to go to their website. Why have an app that doesn't work?

★★☆☆☆ Actively user hostile interface and charging paradigm. This is then only EV charging app I've encountered that *requires* a reservation, and then requires you to enter your reservation length (basically, it's paying for a parking spot). You don't get a refund if you leave early, and the charger takes forever to unlock (without any indication of what its doing). The app itself is extremely buggy - map doesn't load all the time, it's slow, and confusingly laid out.
