I have been a satisfied Evo client since 2015. Never had any problems, and I really liked the app. Sadly I have closed my account today. It is a pitty that it will be fully absorbed by Bank inter this summer, which I only opened an account with because of the 5% interest. Will hold on for 1 year and then switch banks as their app is the worst I have ever seen. If only Evo would also offer 5% to existing clients I wouldn't have changed and stayes with them until the end.

I cannot open my online app I have called the number in Madrid and asked to speak to someone in English 5 times and are still waiting for a call back

It's terrible. One of the most frustrating apps I have ever used by a long way, and it has got much worse since the bank was acquired by Bank inter. For instance, I keep being told that my ID card has expired (it hasn't) and that I need to update it. After a frustrating time doing this, the app immediately goes back to telling you that it needs updating again. And the list of issues just goes on and on. Avoid it if you can.

I previously put 5 stars. But the app is just absurd now. Got blocked 3 days ago, the system is not available for resetting the password, and I am abroad, so I can't call. I will stop using this bank asap. Edito: terrible soporte, me responde aquí un bot. Envío un mensaje y me responde otro bot. 0 asistencia por parte del banco. Está banca digital es terrible si pasa cualquier cosa.
