More Than Just Climate Impact
Of course, there's more to food than climate impact. To help you enjoy a healthy and sustainable diet we combine the climate impact of a food product with some of its nutritional content. This way our sustainability star rating helps you find the most nutritious food for the lowest climate impact.
Scientific Climate Impact Scoring
Rather than using qualitative (and often confusing!) eco labels to decide whether a product is climate friendly or not, we use a real scientific methodology called Life Cycle Assessment (or LCA for short) for our scoring system. We've partnered up with the Swiss LCA scientists from Eaternity (www.eaternity.org) and work with them to ensure that we give you the most accurate climate impact scores possible, no matter what you buy.
