Calls are not clear! Always seems to have an issue with calls not coming in too! Really glitchey and rather pants! Wish my employer would move to something else more reliable

For Incoming calls cannot hear anything (mic is working). In some cases, both mic and speaker are not working. After use, it disables phones volume control, and it mutes all device sounds. It disables all calling functions for all other voice comm software. Affected: built in phone, WhatsApp, SIPP, etc. It switches the phone’s screen to be perma on. 10%+ per 5-min use battery drain. Terrible & poorly developed app.
