★★☆☆☆ VRI is the worst company in the world. They don't pay even 50%. So you don't pay tax on their earnings. Where is it? I know from calculations and witnessing the VRI manager at Erith Emmanuel Applying not even registering my or probably not anyone else's employment with VRI, formerly Hermes with HMRC. So millions of pounds have been stolen from their employees who can't earn 11,250 quid because the wage is too low. Couriers deserve 50% of the fee. I just got fired for raising the issue

★★☆☆☆ VRI is a ridiculously bad company to work for. They pay the lowest rates of all courier companies. During training, they will tell you that you will most get £1 per parcel, but this is a lie. The majority of your parcels will be £0.55, from 800 I'm done 654 at 0.55p this is the average for all. Expect around £25 to £40 for 3 to 5 hours work daily. A dull 8-hour shift you will earn £60 to £80 per day, but you must pay ALL fuel, insurance, and tax from this. Your walking away daily pay will be less
