I was not able to register since Sept last week'update of the ew pay app. App always crashes when entering the last 4 digit of my visa card

EW Pay session expired. Last weekend, I was unable to use it since there were no details showing. When unlocking the card, it will be loading and will not unlock even if I click it multiple times. Clear cache, uninstall and reinstall the app, and now I am stuck under "i don't have a physical card" after I entered my birthday, it keeps loading and the error message shown "session expired, please restart". I can no longer add my card
