I've tried repeatedly to buy items in the religious catalog, but it freezes up when I try to log in. I close the app (or browser on my laptop) and even re-installed the app, all to no avail. I'm buying the whole set of "Saints vs Scoundrels & have 7 left to buy; I can get them on Amazon but would've preferred to support WTN. I've received no response from emails but WTN is a necessary channel & helps many people & THAT'S what really matters.

Needs major overhaul. Trying to do too many things and ends up not able to any well. Possibly heavy on data, causes malfunctioning. TV schedule would be nice to print off for the elderly who don't have a smartphone as WTN not posting it to donors in 2026. How can people plan to be available, so to watch shows important to them?
